  1. Wash and Boil Arbi: Begin by thoroughly washing the arbi to remove any dirt. Place the arbi in a pressure cooker, add enough water to cover them, and cook for 2-3 whistles until they are tender but not mushy. Alternatively, you can boil them in a pot until they are soft.
  2. Peel and Cut: Once cooked, allow the arbi to cool slightly. Peel off the skin and cut them into medium-sized pieces.

Cooking
